PowerDNS is an extremly clean and versatile Open Source DNS server written by Bert Hubert. The OpenDBX DNS backend enables it to fetch DNS information from every database management system (DBMS) supported by the OpenDBX library. It combines the power of one of the best DNS server implementations with the flexibility of the OpenDBX library.
